Write to us about what is in a pack, what a size means, what a material is, how to look after it, or anything on this site that reads wrong. If a figure here is out of date, that is worth telling us and we will fix it rather than argue.

What we cannot help with

We cannot look up an order, change a delivery address, arrange a refund or tell you where a parcel is. None of those sit with us: ordering, payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with the retail partner, and they are the ones with your order in front of them.
